Return and Refund Policy
All payment must be made through MYTAN SERVICES link provided.
All service / product purchased are not returnable or exchangeable unless program is cancelled or product defected.
If refund is eligible, please return back the product in good condition and we will initiate the refund to your account. If program is cancelled, we will refund back the money you paid for required product / service exclude service charge via main organizer of the program.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs / Service Charge (5%) are non-refundable. If you receive refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. For service refund, you will only receive refund on the product / service you paid exclude the service charge.
